Location
The hospital is located in Lørenskog municipality, just outside the Norwegian capital Oslo, and near the Oslo airport Gardermoen. Akershus university hospital is also the owner of Stensby sykehus (Eidsvoll), and other departments located in Jessheim, Lillestrøm og Grorud that belongs to the psychiatric sector.
