Strategy and development

Goals

We are working to strengthen patient-centred cancer research through clear objectives, a long-term strategy, and systematic development. To fulfil our mission, we have set the following strategic goals for 2030:

• Double the number of patients included in clinical studies since 2024.
• More than 10% of cancer patients are included in clinical studies.
• Ahus biobanks have ISO-20387 certification.
• More than 20 publications with senior authorship and an impact factor over 5.
• More than 50 million NOK in external research funding.
• Coordinate one international project, participate in one phase 1 study, and establish a start-up.
