Digital appointment rescheduling means that you can contact the department at helsenorge.no to reschedule or cancel your appointment, instead of calling.
How to change your appointment
To change your appointment, you must open the appointment letter in your inbox on helsenorge.no. At the bottom of the page, you will find a response button that you can use to inform them that the time is not suitable.Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a fee.
If you have an appointment on a Monday, you must inform them by the Friday before.
Secure channel for contacting the hospital
This service is available to anyone aged 16 and over, as well as parents of children under 12, who have a user account and have consented to full access on helsenorge.no. You can view the dialogue in your personal health archive on helsenorge.no and in the document overview in your patient record.

Have you received the appointment letter elsewhere?
If you receive the appointment letter via Digipost, e-Boks, or as paper mail, you will still need to call the department to change or cancel your appointment. Contact details for the department can be found in the letter or on our website in the overview Departments A-Z.
