eDialogue

Ahus uses eDialog, a secure service that allows both individuals and organisations to send us letters, documents and attachments securely to the hospital.

The transmission is encrypted, which means you can send confidential information and data that is subject to confidentiality obligations.

Sensitive information should not be sent by ordinary email. Please use this service instead.

You cannot change or cancel your appointment via eDialog. Information about appointment changes can be found here: Digital appointment rescheduling

How to use e-dialog

• ​Log in to e-dialog here. You must log in using ID-porten and personal ID (MinID, BankID, etc.). This also applies if you are representing an organisation or business. You will enter the organisation number later in the form.
• Fill out the form and upload any documents you wish to send us.

1. Your message to us:
   • Title: Write what your transmission concerns. If you know the name of the receiving clinic or department, you can write it here.
   • Message: Write your message to us.
   • If you are sending attachments, they must be in PDF format.
2. Does the message contain sensitive information?
   • Indicate whether the transmission contains sensitive information or not.
   • Click on "Continue".
3. Contact information:
   • Select whether you are an individual (personal identification number) or if you wish to represent a business (organisation number).
   • Fill in your contact information.
   • Click on "Continue".
   • Check the summary.
   • Click on "Send the form" - the transmission will be encrypted and sent to Ahus.
   • You will receive a receipt with a reference number via email from svarut@ks.no.
