In certain specialities, we also accept students from NTNU Gjøvik and the University of Innlandet to Ahus Kongsvinger, and from the University of South-Eastern Norway to Ahus Nordbyhagen.
There may be a need for rotation at Ahus Nordbyhagen to achieve the learning outcomes, and we prioritise places for these students. If there is available capacity, we can also consider requests from other universities or colleges.
Ahus offers placements for students in physiotherapy, nursing, biomedical engineering, social education, occupational therapy, radiography, paramedicine, social work, psychology, child welfare, and vocational education in maternity and child care.
Ahus offers placements for students in the specialities of anaesthesia, acute care, paediatrics, intensive care, surgery, neonatal care, oncology nursing, and midwifery. Additionally, students in mental health, substance abuse and addiction work, clinical nutrition, and other relevant clinical education that provides breadth and/or specialised competence are also accepted.
