Are you our new specialist nurse or midwife? Akershus University Hospital has several training positions for nurses who wish to further their education.
Education and skills development for existing and newly hired staff is important to ensure quality and the need for specialised competence in patient care. As a contribution to recruiting specialist nurses or midwives, Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) offers educational positions to nurses who wish to further their education.
Courses at OsloMet, Lovisenberg Diaconal University College (LDH), VID Specialized University, and the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) provide the basis for educational positions.

Application Deadline for Educational Position at Ahus
You can pursue a master's degree, but no educational position will be granted for this. If you wish to pursue a master's degree, you must clarify and agree on this with your workplace at Ahus during the binding period. The exception is midwifery positions, where 120 credits have been agreed upon with the clinic in advance.
