Regular email has many weaknesses that can lead to confidential information being compromised.
Therefore, you must not send emails containing sensitive personal information (such as details about your illness, diagnosis, and your national identification number) or any other information subject to confidentiality.
Unfortunately, we cannot respond to personal medical questions via email.
Remember when sending an email!
- Provide your full name and postal address, so that we may respond by letter in cases where we cannot answer the inquiry via email.
- Provide your telephone number, so that we can quickly contact you if we need further information.
- Specify which clinic and department (treatment location) your inquiry pertains to, and also mention which person/healthcare professional you have been in contact with, so that we know who the correct recipient is.
